Cancellation policy
Cancellation more than 24 hours before the scheduled trip time is free of charge.
Cancellation between 12 and 24 hours before the scheduled trip time will incur a charge of 50% of the trip value.
Cancellation less than 12 hours before the scheduled trip time will incur the full trip value.
Medical cases require an approved medical report from an accredited hospital.
Luxury and premium trips may be subject to a different cancellation policy and may require cancellation notice at least 4 days before the trip date.
No-show
Not being ready in the hotel lobby at the confirmed pickup time is treated as a no-show and incurs the full trip value.

Pregnant guests are not permitted on the boat trip. The trip is not recommended for guests with back injuries, heart conditions or serious medical conditions. Participants should be medically fit to travel by boat and join marine activities, and any relevant health condition should be disclosed to the booking team in advance.
