Hotel pickup time depends on the package booked: guests with dinner leave the hotel earlier. The show's official transport generally arrives earlier and more directly than other shared transport, which may stop at several hotels. The venue is about 20 minutes from Patong Beach.

Children
Children under 100 cm are free. From 101 to 140 cm the child rate applies, and from 141 cm the adult rate applies. The child rate differs from the adult rate for dinner only; for the show ticket and the Golden Seat, children aged 4–12 pay the adult rate.
Infants
Infants and children under 100 cm are admitted free of charge.
