Round-trip hotel transfers are included. Check-in at the meeting point is at 10:00, with departure at 10:30. Return to Chalong Pier at 18:30, followed by the transfer back to the hotel.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation more than 24 hours before the scheduled trip time is free of charge.
Cancellation between 12 and 24 hours before the scheduled trip time will incur a charge of 50% of the trip value.
Cancellation less than 12 hours before the scheduled trip time will incur the full trip value.
Medical cases require an approved medical report from an accredited hospital.
Luxury and premium trips may be subject to a different cancellation policy and may require cancellation notice at least 4 days before the trip date.
No-show
Not being ready in the hotel lobby at the confirmed pickup time is treated as a no-show and incurs the full trip value.
