Combined packages: World A+ is the biggest, with 32 platforms, the longest zipline at 400 meters, 7 ziplines, 5 sky bridges, 3 spiral staircases and a dual zipline. World B+ has 18 platforms, 7 ziplines, 5 sky bridges and a double spiral staircase. World C+ has 10 platforms, 5 ziplines, 2 sky bridges and a spiral staircase. World D+ is a light adventure combining the roller zip coaster and the skywalk with a meal and a beverage.
Two Luge rides with a restaurant meal can be added to the first three packages. Single activities are also available: zipline courses of 32, 18 or 10 platforms, Thailand's fastest roller zip coaster, the skywalk as a peaceful nature experience among the treetops, and the Luge. The roller, skywalk and Luge are available from 08:00 to 18:00.

Transfer is included from Patong, Karon, Kata and Phuket Town. Additional fees may apply for remote areas. Transfers run on a set schedule or can be arranged privately for groups. A separate transfer fee applies to Skywalk and Luge tickets.

Children
Suitable for children aged 8 and over; children pay the same rate as adults.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation more than 24 hours before the scheduled trip time is free of charge.
Cancellation between 12 and 24 hours before the scheduled trip time will incur a charge of 50% of the trip value.
Cancellation less than 12 hours before the scheduled trip time will incur the full trip value.
Medical cases require an approved medical report from an accredited hospital.
Luxury and premium trips may be subject to a different cancellation policy and may require cancellation notice at least 4 days before the trip date.
No-show
Not being ready in the hotel lobby at the confirmed pickup time is treated as a no-show and incurs the full trip value.
